Consumer Shows

Expedient provide full event management and representation services at consumer shows throughout the UK. From sourcing prime stand locations to arranging production of stand graphics and marketing materials (print and multimedia), we can do it all – saving you money on travel, hotel and shipping costs. We can also run data capture promotions, source celebrities for presentations and press launches and arrange partnerships with other exhibitors if required.

Trade Shows

Our trade show services reflect the integration of networking and business elements that characterize trade events, whilst still providing an eye catching and compelling stand to attract visitors. We can advise on the most appropriate shows and handle all logistics from stand design to staffing as required. We can also arrange events based around the trade show, from a press dinner to a celebrity endorsement.

Event Sponsorship

For our winter sports clients, we work closely with UK ski councils at regional and national level and can offer exclusive event sponsorship opportunities throughout the UK. We can also source events that closely match your brand aspirations, and will advise you of suitable opportunities that arise.

Bespoke Events

We can develop, design, create and manage bespoke events to launch a new product to the press, provide an exciting and engaging forum for travel agent training or simply to connect with new or existing customers. We work with a range of venues, or can source something specific to your needs. In all cases, our experienced team have handled events from 10 to 10,000 and will ensure your event excites, entertains and informs as required.
